VEHICLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND EMISSIONS DISCLAIMER

Some items used and/or installed by Growler Motor Labs may void portions of your vehicle’s factory warranty. Some items may not be legal for “on highway use”. Growler Motor Labs makes no guarantees to the legality of any parts used for “on highway vehicles” and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the vehicle’s factory warranty.

PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

Products sold by Growler Motor Labs are covered only by the warranty of the manufacturer. Growler Motor Labs can help coordinate returns, exchanges, or warranty claims of these products per the terms of that manufacturer’s policies. In the event a problem occurs, please contact Growler Motor Labs via email at info@Growlermotorlabs.com.  Please include a short description of the issue along with your invoice number. A service representative will then determine how best to address your claim.

SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect packages for damage upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within three (3) days of receiving items.  If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a shipping call tag at no charge or have you ship via ground to Growler Motor Labs. We will reimburse the shipping charges. Correct parts will be reshipped via ground. You have seven (7) days from date of receiving shipment to make us aware of a problem. No claims made after this time frame will be honored. Opened packages will incur a 15% restocking fee.
